Coronavirus Talking Points from the Protecting Immigrant Families Campaign

The PIF Campaign recommends against proactively connecting coronavirus and public charge. In light of efforts by anti-immigrant activists to link immigration with infectious disease, the PIF Campaign prefers to focus communication elsewhere. The PIF Campaign also acknowledges that journalists and public health experts are already making that connection. So they have prepared a set of draft talking points for use in response to reporter inquiries.
