Leadership is crucial in times of crisis—even more so in the struggle for long-term structural change. Centering the leadership of directly impacted individuals and those closest to the challenges at hand is vital to building power for immigrant and refugee communities. During this plenary we will reflect on how philanthropy can move from charitable giving to strategically moving money and power to communities that have historically been under-resourced.
